Exchanges & Returns

• Because each garment is made uniquely for you:
  
  • No cash refunds for change of mind (fabric, color, or style preference).
  • Preference-based requests may be eligible for store credit toward a new order.
• Once an alteration reimbursement or remake is initiated, the order becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Coverage (Optional)

• You may add Return Shipping Coverage at checkout.
  
  • If purchased: one prepaid return label is included (where eligible).
  • If not purchased: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Coverage applies to shipping only and does not change eligibility.
