Local Alteration Reimbursement

We reimburse tailoring (with receipt) up to:

- Shirts / Blouses: $15
- Pants / Skirts: $20
- Blazers / Jackets: $40
- Coats / Outerwear: $50 (Max $100 per order)
- You may choose 2× the approved amount as store credit instead.

One Complimentary Remake
- If tailoring won’t achieve the intended result, we’ll offer one remake in the same fabric and style (subject to availability).
- We provide either alteration reimbursement or a remake for the same issue.
- If a Remake Doesn’t Fully Resolve the Fit
- Our goal is always to reach the correct fit.
- If a remake still does not meet expectations:
- We’ll review the case individually, and may offer additional store credit toward a future order.
- Cash refunds are not offered for custom garments unless there is a verified defect or production error.

Orders with Multiple Items (Important)
- For orders containing multiple garments:
- We may request to review or adjust one top and one bottom first (as a reference fit).
- Once the fit is confirmed, we’ll apply the same corrections to the remaining items.
- This ensures accuracy and avoids unnecessary remakes or alterations.

Before Altering Your Garment
- Please submit your Fit Support Request before any alterations.
- Alterations made before review may not be eligible for reimbursement or remake support.
- Tip: If a tailoring quote exceeds the limits above, contact us first.

Defects or Our Error
- If we made a mistake or there is a verified defect, we’ll take care of it.We provide a prepaid return label and offer repair, remake, or refund if necessary.

Exchanges & Returns

Because each garment is made uniquely for you:
- No cash refunds for change of mind (fabric, color, or style preference).
- Preference-based requests may be eligible for store credit toward a new order.
- Once an alteration reimbursement or remake is initiated, the order becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

- If purchased: one prepaid return label is included (where eligible).
- If not purchased: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Coverage applies to shipping only and does not change eligibility.
